Acceptance

By downloading or using LaterLine, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use LaterLine.

License

LaterLine grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app except as permitted by law.

Subscriptions

Some features may require a LaterLine Pro subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store.
• A free trial may be available for new subscribers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period, except where required by law.

User Content

Saved links, notes, tags, schedules, and reading progress you create in LaterLine remain yours. You are responsible for the content you store and for complying with any third-party site terms that apply to links you save.

Notifications and Scheduling

LaterLine helps you schedule reminders for content you choose to read or watch later. Reminder delivery depends on iOS notification settings and device availability.

Disclaimer

LaterLine is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that time estimates, metadata extraction, notifications, or reader views will always be accurate, complete, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LaterLine and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any feature at any time. Misuse of the app in violation of these Terms may result in termination of your access.

App Store - Third-Party Beneficiary

If you downloaded LaterLine from the Apple App Store, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
