Privacy Policy

Overview

RepLog - PR WOD Tracker is a local-first workout tracking app. Your data stays on your device. We do not operate servers that store your personal workout history.

Data We Collect

RepLog - PR WOD Tracker stores the following data locally on your device:

• Workout logs, including exercise, date, result values, and notes
• Custom exercises you create
• App settings, including language, units, and theme
• Profile name and avatar photo
• Entry photos you attach to workout logs

All of this data is stored in an SQLite database and your device's local file system. It never leaves your device unless you explicitly use the Export or Backup features.

Photos

Photos you attach to workout entries are copied to a private app directory on your device. They are not uploaded anywhere. If you export or share a backup, photo file paths may be included in the export data, but the image files themselves are not attached.

Subscriptions

RepLog - PR WOD Tracker uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. When you purchase a subscription or restore purchases, RevenueCat processes the transaction through the App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat's privacy policy governs data collected during that process. We do not receive your payment details.

Third-Party Services

• RevenueCat for subscription management, purchases only
• Apple App Store and Google Play for payment processing

No analytics, advertising, or crash reporting SDKs are included in this version of the app.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Workout data is shared only when you explicitly tap Export Data or Backup and choose a destination through your device's share sheet.

Data Retention

All data is retained on your device until you choose to delete it. You can remove individual entries at any time. You can erase all workout history via Profile > Data > Clear History. Uninstalling the app permanently removes all locally stored data.

Your Rights

You have full control over the data RepLog - PR WOD Tracker stores:

• Access: all your data is visible inside the app at any time.
• Portability: use Profile > Data > Export Data to download a copy of your workout history in CSV or JSON format.
• Deletion: use Profile > Data > Clear History to erase all entries, or uninstall the app to remove all data from your device.

Children

RepLog - PR WOD Tracker is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the app, please contact us and we will assist with data removal.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
