Acceptance

By downloading or using RepLog - PR WOD Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be at least 13 years old to use RepLog - PR WOD Tracker.

License

RepLog - PR WOD Tracker grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app.

Subscriptions

Some features require a Pro subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play.
• A 7-day free trial may be available for new subscribers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

User Content

All workout data, notes, and photos you create in RepLog - PR WOD Tracker remain yours. You are responsible for the content you store. Do not use the app to store unlawful content.

Disclaimer

RepLog - PR WOD Tracker is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Always consult a qualified fitness or medical professional before starting a new training program.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepLog - PR WOD Tracker and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any feature at any time. Misuse of the app in violation of these Terms may result in termination of your access.

App Store - Third-Party Beneficiary

If you downloaded RepLog - PR WOD Tracker from the Apple App Store, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence.
