Privacy Policy

Overview

TiniDay: Baby Tracker is a family diary and baby or toddler tracking app. Because the app can store child-related information, privacy and access control are core parts of the product. This policy explains what data may be collected, how it is used, and how you can delete it.

Data We Collect

TiniDay may collect and store the following information when you choose to use the app:

How Data Is Stored

TiniDay uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, private file storage, and backend functions. Access is protected with account authentication and Row Level Security so users can access only households where they are members.

Photos and voice uploads are stored in private storage buckets. Public file access is not enabled by default. Files are accessed only through authenticated app flows or temporary signed access where needed.

AI-Assisted Logging and Summaries

TiniDay can parse text or a short voice transcript into structured event suggestions. AI-assisted parsing is used only to organize the information you provide. Suggested events are shown in an editable preview before they are saved. Medicine entries require explicit confirmation.

Doctor summaries and weekly insights are generated from the events you recorded for the selected period. They are non-diagnostic and are not a replacement for professional medical advice.

AI requests are sent from backend functions rather than directly from the mobile app. We aim to send only the content needed for the requested AI feature.

Voice Logging

If you use voice logging, a short audio clip is uploaded to private storage for transcription. After transcription, the app uses the transcript to create an editable preview. Temporary voice uploads are deleted by the app flow after transcription when possible.

Subscriptions

TiniDay uses RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions and purchases. When you purchase or restore Premium access, RevenueCat processes subscription status through the App Store or Google Play. RevenueCat's privacy policy governs data collected during that process. We do not receive your payment card details.

Notifications

TiniDay uses notifications for reminders such as medicine, appointments, and routines. Notification permission is optional and can be changed in your device settings.

Monitoring and Analytics

TiniDay may use Sentry for crash reporting and PostHog or a similar analytics provider for product analytics. These tools help us understand crashes, errors, and core app flows. They are not used for third-party advertising.

Third-Party Services

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Family and child data is shared only with household members or caregivers you invite, with service providers that process data on our behalf, when you explicitly export or share information, or when required by law.

Data Deletion

TiniDay provides in-app options to delete child data and to delete your account. Child data deletion removes the selected child profile and related events, reminders, AI import records, attachments, and private uploads. Account deletion removes your account access and owned household data where applicable.

You may also contact support@scuderia-united.com to request help with deletion.

Children

TiniDay is intended for parents and caregivers. Children are not expected to create accounts or use the app directly. Parents and caregivers are responsible for the child-related information they choose to enter.

Security

We use account authentication, Row Level Security, private storage, and encrypted network connections where supported by our service providers. No system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, but we design TiniDay to limit access to the households and caregivers you authorize.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
