Terms of Service

Acceptance

By downloading or using TiniDay: Baby Tracker, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. You must be old enough to create an account and manage child-related data in your country of residence.

License

TiniDay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, family, and caregiver purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the app except where allowed by law.

Your Account and Household

You are responsible for your account, your household, the caregivers you invite, and the information you add to TiniDay. Keep your login credentials secure. Invite only people you trust to access child and family information.

User Content

Child profiles, events, notes, photos, voice clips, reminders, and other content you add remain yours. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to enter and share that content with invited household members.

Medical Disclaimer

TiniDay is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, emergency services, or professional healthcare. Summaries and AI-assisted suggestions are informational organization tools only. Always consult a qualified medical professional for health questions, medication decisions, urgent symptoms, or emergencies.

AI-Assisted Features

TiniDay may use AI to parse text or voice transcripts into event suggestions and to generate summaries. AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. You must review and confirm suggested events before saving them. Medicine entries require explicit confirmation.

Subscriptions

Some features require a Premium subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play.
• A 7-day free trial may be available for new subscribers.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
• No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period unless required by law or store policy.

Data Deletion

TiniDay includes options to delete child data and to delete your account. Deletion may be irreversible. Some limited records may be retained where required for legal compliance, payment records, fraud prevention, security, or dispute resolution.

Acceptable Use

Do not use TiniDay to store unlawful content, violate another person's privacy, harass others, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, or misuse AI-assisted features.

Disclaimer

TiniDay is provided as-is without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every family situation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TiniDay and its developers are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app.

Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any feature at any time. Misuse of the app in violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

App Store - Third-Party Beneficiary

If you downloaded TiniDay from the Apple App Store, Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms. Upon your acceptance, Apple has the right to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.

Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
